My Clarion Call for Peace

I call for peace as all the hearts shed tears,

The people are in woes, the world, in throes.

Like birds in cage, they are in jaws of fears.

On hurling bombs at them, the knell echoes.

Disorders, all rifts stream in wrath to wars,

The strong to make the weak the slave full-free.

The race, the caste, the creed and all the bars

Ill-treat them all as thralls in act full-spree.

With all know, man resorts to violent acts,

That man-to-man relation, life on land,

The base, the home of peace to man in facts.

It’s all, the meanest, man to feel high hand.

Let all on land enjoy relations true,

To transcend borders, all confines’ purview.

WAR VERSUS PEACE

A model nation, surely not to wage

A war against a free-loving nation,

It’s most inhuman act, its false passion.

History hates to see life-loss in page.

It loves full peace, no atom blast in rage,

At bay, it keeps death-wail, dreading mission,

Ukraine as prey to Russian-invasion

To cause full tears, all fears, the race-outrage.

While forces all to smash-to-ash all days

With arms, unleashing violence, marring peace,

The laws: “No strong to rise, no weak to fall.”

The leader, waging wars, should stop the ways

To shatter peace, and offer all fresh lease,

A new sunrise, a ray of hope life all.
