THE RAINBOW OF LOVE

Love is flawless, sans blemishes,
But boundless in riches.
Love to shine in kaleidoscopic hues,
And scintillate in majestic views.

Excelling the rainbow variety,
Unity in diversity for beauty,
To echo the sweet union of seven tunes,
The symphony in harmony.

Love is light between dawn and dusk,
For abundant warmth and radiant glory
Like the glows of eyelashes
Like the throbs of hearts.

Love is the cloud to rain,
Love is medicine for cessation of pain,
For love is soil, water, and air,
A journey from germination to fructification,
A sojourn for the right destination,

Love in bloom is life in exuberance,
For its sheen in green brilliance,
Always fresh and ever sacrificing,
Like the flower to spread its fragrance.

Like honey to quench thirsts,
Like the fruit to satiate hungers,
For life and movement in dynamism.
Love is in bounty for swim in gaiety,
Light to lead to delight in eternity,
Freeing from darkness of ignorance
From dependence to deliverance
Love is the compass to lead to the oasis,
For bliss not to miss.

ALL TO GROW SURELY TO GLOW

nothing comes out of nothing,
action for reaction glaring,
always there is something,
for sure, to be inspiring,

virtues practiced from wisdom,
as a clear sign of humanity
as a king for the people in kingdom
as a stark reality of sovereignty.

like strings to produce notes
melodious to fill pleasures,
like vocal cords of throats
for sonorities as treasures.

like the airy waves all tides
rise in force towards the sky
viewers all to learn the strides,
in life glide humanly high.

inklings in insightful gush
for poetry to shine in variety,
all in an incessant rush
that is beauty in human gaiety.

all those behind are unseen,
all catalysts to lead all to goal,
that is indeed the life scene,
for man-to-man, man’s sole role.

VERY STRANGE WANTS

                                             C.Narayana Reddy

                                              VERY STRANGE WANTS

                                              Translated by Dr. Rajamouly Katta

The ears that are tired of hearing
The words uttered by the mouth
                                              Wishes to listen to
                                              How the heart speaks.
                                              The feet that got disgusted
With walking for years and years
                                              On earth feels walking,
                                              On water surface interesting,
The eyes that got bored of watching
                                              All above the welkin
Grows anxious to go and watch,
How it is beyond the sky.
                                              The fingers that touched ice-pieces
                                              And got unbearable feeling,
                                              Wants to have the experience
                                              Of touching fire-sparks,
The tongue is curious to taste,
                                              The mixture of all tastes.
The strange wants of those feet,
                                              Those eyes, those fingers
That tongue all are the signs,
                                              Of man's strange attitude.
                                              When man has the temperaments,
                                              Unwanted and inapplicable,
                                               He becomes a wrong man.
